Spending twenty two years in the field of teaching and teacher training is quite a long path. Being privileged to start with Gulf English School Cairo was a unique kind of challenge. Although the establishment was new to the market, it had a reputation worth ages of existence. This is due to the collaboration of two well known names in the field of education: the General Manager, Ms. Ghada Dajani and the School Director, Mrs. Mona el Masry. What is unique about our school is regardless of different experiences and beliefs each one holds, everyone shares the same philosophy and values regarding teaching and learning. This was the main reason behind the success of Gulf English School Cairo. Being part of this ongoing learning community drove me to always look for opportunities to seek professional development to keep up with the new teaching theories and be able to always provide proper guidance to all educational parties that I deal with: learners, teachers and parents.
