At GES Cairo, the Arts form an integral part of learning. Developing skills in the Arts enables our students to apply what they have learned in the classroom to a real-world setting where they are able to express themselves and to collaborate with their peers in a creative manner.

Art
Our talented Art teachers nurture artistic skills throughout the educational journey, and we celebrate our students’ talents at the annual School Art Exhibition. This lovingly curated exhibition enables students to proudly share their work with the school community and to articulate their artistic vision as they guide parents, guests and visitors around the displays. Many students choose to continue using their Art skills after school, pursuing a career in architecture and/or design and are supported in the preparation of their university application portfolios.

Drama
GES Cairo and MES Cairo Theatres have witnessed students, teachers and even our Senior Leadership Team members transform into different fairy tale characters in a wide range of captivating performances that light up the stages every year, whether it’s ‘Winnie the Pooh’ or ‘The Lion King’, our productions are always spectacular, bringing a taste of the West End right here to New Cairo!

Music
GES Cairo students are able to join various choirs and perform at major events including the Seasonal Concert, where we enjoy hearing uplifting group performances as well as delightful solos. Music is a strong feature of many of our school productions, providing another opportunity for keen singers to perform and develop their skills during the rehearsal process.
