I am Dalia Okasha, a wife and a mother of two amazing children. Ever since I started teaching in schools, I have been passionate in my commitment to three things; maximising individual student performance, inspiring learners' interest in technology and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students. Then, I was fortunate to start my leadership roles where my ability to create a positive and supportive work environment was revealed to lead and manage a team of educators promoting professional growth . I discovered my hidden passion of my commitment towards the board of directors, my team, school staff, parents, along with the learners whom I have dedicated my career to each of these pursuits. I am an experienced iPGCE Professional Teaching Practice Tutor, Consultant and Mentor holding an iPGCE and a Master's degree in International Education both from University of Sunderland - UK, a TEFL certificate from University of Santa Cruz - California and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and MBA with Marketing Emphasis both from City University, Washington - USA.
